1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Samuzi NFT website, participating in our community channels, or interacting with Akamai Land (Phase 4) on akamailand.gensuki.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the site and ecosystem immediately.
2. Digital Collectibles & Akamai Land Plots
Samuzi NFTs (Phases 1, 2, and 3) and Akamai Land digital land plots (Phase 4) are non-fungible tokens minted on the Solana blockchain:
- Ownership of NFT: When you lawfully acquire a Samuzi NFT or Akamai Land plot, you own the underlying NFT token in your self-custodial Solana wallet and the right to display and trade it on compatible marketplaces.
- 10×10 Grid Content Moderation: Akamai Land plot owners who upload custom images or logos onto the 10×10 grid must not upload unlawful, hateful, infringing, or malicious content. The Samuzi moderation team reserves the right to moderate inappropriate visual uploads.
- Ecosystem Mechanics: Features such as Land PH (Land Power), daily streaks, puzzles, community raffles, and
$SMZtoken claims are community and gaming utilities subject to ongoing evolution and refinement.
3. No Financial Advice & Risk Assumption
Nothing on this website, our X account (@Samuzinft), our Discord server, or Gensuki constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital collectibles, NFTs, and ecosystem tokens ($SMZ) are intended for artistic, collectible, and interactive gaming engagement—not as investment contracts or securities. Blockchain assets carry inherent volatility and smart-contract risks, which you assume in full.
4. Official Links & Anti-Phishing Notice
You are solely responsible for verifying that you are interacting with official Samuzi links (x.com/Samuzinft, discord.gg/h6CNz8uteX, and akamailand.gensuki.xyz). Samuzi is not liable for losses resulting from third-party phishing sites, unauthorized links, or compromised personal wallets.
5. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as the Samuzi ecosystem and Akamai Land expand into future phases. Continued participation in the ecosystem following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
