PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Samuzinft
1. Overview & Commitment to Privacy
Welcome to Samuzi NFT (@Samuzinft) and the Akamai Land (Phase 4) ecosystem. We respect the privacy of our community members, collectors, and visitors. This Privacy Policy outlines how information is handled when you visit our website, interact with our social channels, or participate in our Solana Web3 ecosystem and partner launchpads such as akamailand.gensuki.xyz.
2. Information We Collect
As a decentralized Web3 brand, we minimize the collection of traditional personal data:
- Public Blockchain Data: When you mint or hold Samuzi NFTs, Akamai Land 10×10 plots, or claim
$SMZtokens on the Solana blockchain, your public wallet address and transaction history are publicly visible onchain. - Community Identifiers: If you join our Discord server or interact with our X account, your public handle, profile avatar, and community roles are visible according to those platforms' privacy settings.
- Technical Telemetry: Basic non-identifying browser metrics (such as device viewport, anonymized IP logs, and page performance) may be processed by our hosting provider to maintain site security and prevent DDoS attacks.
3. Wallet Security & Non-Custodial Nature
Samuzi NFT and its core team will NEVER ask for your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. We do not custody user funds or private wallet credentials. All minting, Land PH streaks, and $SMZ claims occur via verified self custodial Solana wallet connections on our official partner platform (akamailand.gensuki.xyz).
4. Third Party Platforms & Links
Our website contains links to external Web3 services, including Gensuki, X (Twitter), Discord, and partner communities. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review their respective policies before connecting your wallet or sharing information.
5. Contact the Samuzi Clan
If you have questions regarding this Privacy Policy, please reach out to our core team through our official X account (@Samuzinft) or our verified Discord server (discord.gg/h6CNz8uteX).
